REALTORS® Log Miles Towards the GVLT Summer Trails Challenge

The Gallatin Valley Land Trust hosted their Summer Trails Challenge from June 1st - 21st.  Area businesses donated $60,500.00 in matching funds.  For every mile logged by people on our area trails, $1 was added from the matching fund to create and maintain trails in our area by GVLT.  Area REALTORS® logged 275.5 miles through the Gallatin REALTORS® Charitable Foundation and over 60,000 miles were logged in total reaching the goal set by GVLT.  Trails are an integral part of our quality o... read more

Trail From Bozeman to the "M"/Drinking Horse to be Built This Summer

The much anticipated "Trail to the M and Drinking Horse" is ready to begin construction within the next month.  This new trail has been in the works for years.  The City of Bozeman and the Federal Highway Administration have been hard at work planning a route, negotiating trail easements, and selecting a contractor.  Construction is expected to be completed by mid-September.  The new trail will run on the north side of Bridger Drive from the Creekwood subdivision to the M trial with an underpass... read more
