New Non-Stop Flight to Charlotte, NC

The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport announced that it is adding a new seasonal non-stop flight from Bozeman to Charlotte, NC.  American Airlines will operate the daily flight from Dec 17th, 2020 to April 5th, 2021.  Charlotte is a major hub for American Airlines which will offer lots of connecting options on the American Airline network.  This will be the 21st city served by non-stop flights out of Bozeman.

The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport set a passenger record in 2019 of 1.57 million people traveling through Montana's busiest airport.  This was a 17.3% increase over 2018.  And this was the 10th consecutive year for record-breaking passenger traffic.  Annual passenger traffic has more than doubled over the last 10 years and accounts for 1/3 of all airline passengers traveling in and out of Montana.  With the new 1100 stall parking garage, the new terminal expansion with 4 more jet way... read more

Sun Country Airlines Coming to Bozeman

Sun Country Airlines will begin seasonal, non-stop flights from Bozeman to Minneapolis starting in June of 2020.  The airline will offer flights on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the 2020 summer season.  One-way tickets could be available for as little at $89.  Sun Country has a fairly extensive network based out of Minneapolis which will give Bozeman passengers more connection options.  Bozeman now has competing airlines for 6 of it's 10 non-stop flights.

3 More Non-Stop Airline Routes to Bozeman

In 2020, American Airlines will add daily summer service direct from Bozeman to Los Angeles (LAX) and Saturday only summer service to New York Laguardia (LGA) and Philidelphia (PHL).  That brings the total to 18 cities that will have non-stop service to Bzoeman.  Bozeman continues to be the largest airport in the state of Montana.

The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport broke more records in September 2018.  Nearly 120,000 passengers traveled through the airport.  This number was up 8.6% from last year.  Year to date Bozeman is up 10.5%.  Airport Director Brian Sprenger says not only have they set several commercial airline records but also from general aviation.  "In the last 12 months, we have seen a record number of tower operations.  That's the first time we've had a record in that particular category ... read more
